Valley Heritage is pleased to announce that we have successfully achieved Planning and Listed Building Consent for the proposed works at the Lancashire & Yorkshire Bank, Bacup.
The proposals, which will see the vacant Lancashire & Yorkshire Bank building converted into a co-working space and 4 apartments, were approved with conditions by Rossendale Borough Council earlier this month.
This is a landmark moment in the progress of the Alliance @ Lancashire & Yorkshire Bank project. Our sincere thanks to everyone that has supported the project this far.
