We finally got there! Alliance had its official launch at an event on 13th October 2022.
We were joined at Alliance by the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Rossendale, along with friends from across our stakeholders for an evening where we celebrated reaching this huge milestone!
Our Chair, Stephen Anderson was interviewed on BBC Radio Lancashire, about 3hrs 11 mins in and Alliance has also featured in the news and on the Architectural Heritage Fund’s website as part of marking the occasion.
The former Lancashire & Yorkshire Bank has undergone a transformation. The photos below show how it has changed.
We now move to focus on ensuring the building is well used by its residents, co-workers and the community.
The Alliance website is up and running, taking bookings for our co-working space and meeting rooms.
The apartments are being marketed through Rossendale Lettings and our first residents are ready to move in!
